Program Overview

The Story
Our story opens in Dodge Ball City, where Sheriff Carrie Gooper is faced with a problem. The notorious Ron of the Cons has challenged Sheriff Carrie Gooper to a showdown at high noon! But that's not all - it seems there is also a water shortage. Could they be linked?

Carrie seeks help from her friends to uncover the cause of the water shortage and back her up at the showdown. They inform her about the importance of fresh drinking water and how to protect it, but no one wants to help her deal with Ron. So she takes it upon herself to meet Ron alone.

After a nerve-racking introduction, Ron informs Carrie that all he wanted to do was help her with the water shortage. He tells her we all need to conserve water to solve the problem. After helping Carrie learn about ways to conserve water, he appoints Carrie as an official environmental deputy, and peace and order are restored in Dodge Ball City.

The Players
Sheriff Carrie Gooper: Voted most likely to wear a badge by her fifth grade class. She is always eager to help.
Reginald the Cow: A surly heifer from the east coast. (He's a Jersey cow.)
Blabby Daze: Carrie's misguided deputy. He is knowledgeable about water, but little else.
Wild Bill Hitchcock: A flamboyant director of scary plays at Maybelle's Music Hall.
Ron of the Cons: Leader of an infamous gang of Water Conservationists.
