Bonnie came aboard at NTC in 1989 as a tour coordinator. In the past ten years she has moved from tour coordinator to tour manager to her current position as Director of Customer Service. Bonnie is responsible for communications between her scheduling staff and sponsors, coordinating tour dates with production, and managing evaluation processes of programs. She plays an instrumental part at NTC by making sure everyone is exactly where they are supposed to be. Bonnie and her husband are taking full advantage of their role as empty-nesters by vacationing in far-away places and making regular appearances at Minnesota's casinos.
