The Story
News Flash! Captain Hydro, hero of everything wet, learns that the city is in danger. His faithful sidekick, Rodney, tells him that The Water Bandit is on the loose and is bent on wasting all the water he can. How can Captain Hydro stop The Water Bandit? Will Highwater Johnson and Sarah Faucet learn about not wasting water? Will Rodney get a cracker? Stay tuned!

The Players
Captain Hydro: Dim-witted super-hero who leaps before he looks.
Rodney the Parrot: Captain Hydro's side-kick. He's knowledgeable about water. He's a parrot.
The Water Bandit: Captain Hydro's arch-nemesis. He is a first-class water waster.
Highwater Johnson: The Water Bandit's sidekick. He loves to waste water.
Sarah Faucet: A no-good water waster. (Actually the Water Bandit in disguise)
